A-MAZING!! Found this hidden gem during a stroll through the neighbourhood. Went with the french toast which was perfect and fun to eat with the different flavours and the cheeky ice cream. The iced drinks were tasty and a good size for the price. There is nice seating both indoor and outdoor, and the interior is very spacious. We sat upstairs which was nice and quiet. There were flowers placed around which added to the atmosphere. The service was prompt and friendly. I would definitely return!

Near the cemeteries at Yanaka, there is a combined flower shop and cafe called Hanaju Café. There is both indoor seating, on two floors, as well as a cozy outdoor seating area in the foliage. They have a wonderful Mooncake that is highly recommended, and many other good snacks, more savory as well as more cakes and pastries. There is warm and pleasant service from extremely friendly staff. This is One of the best and cosiest cafees in Tokyo.

A charming cafe with a wonderfully cozy and relaxing interior. There were some terrace seats that I would like to try next time. The French toast was very delicious, served with ice cream and a lemon maple sauce that improved its flavor to perfection.

Went here for late lunch on a weekend. The place was spacious. They have a take out area, indoor & outdoor seatings. The outdoor area & the garden was really nice but since it's still hot outside. We opted to eat indoors. We ordered the Hanaju French Toast, Sunflower Cake, Iced Matcha Latte & Iced Latte. The Sunflower Cake was really cute. Both the Cake & French Toast tasted great. The Iced Latte was okay. Would love to revisit again to try their Sweet Potato.

We were exploring Nezu and the sweet potato flambe caught our attention so we decided to give this place a shot. The space was beautiful, even on a gloomy day. There were multiple levels with lots of windows and sunlight. We would have loved to come here when it was a nice day so we could sit outside and enjoy everything. The coffee I had was rather mediocre. Nothing special to write home about. Maybe the lattes or other specialty drinks are better but I wasn't in the mood to try one. My friend had a latte and enjoyed it. So take my opinion for what you will. The sweet potato flambe was excellent though. It was a decent size and interesting take on a dessert. We were kind of surprised to see that salt was included on the side and didn't remember it was there until the end but adding it did add a little bit of complexity to the dish. The ice cream that also came with it was quite nice. It was smooth and creamy, not being too sweet.
